Born in Bolzano the September 29, 1962. After high school at the Liceo “G. Carducci" of Bolzano he earned a bachelor's degree in jurisprudence at the University of Pavia. He attended the school of Notary specialisation "Anselmo Anselmi" in Rome. Has passed the qualifying exam for legal aid in 1989, and succeeded in the notarial competition in 1993, he was appointed Notary with the assignment of the Notary Office of Trento. He was a member of the Council of the United Notarial Districts Council in Trento and Rovereto.
Starting from 2019, he exercises notarial functions in the Riva del Garda office. He was a member of the Notarial Council of the United Notary Districts of Trento and Rovereto in the Riva del Garda office.
