Born in Palmanova (UD) on January 16, 1961, notary since 1999, based in Trento since July 1, 2019. She obtained the classical high school diploma (60/60 cum laude for the Italian test) and she has a master's degree in Law from the University of Trieste with a thesis in civil law and a thesis in commercial law (110/110 cum laude, with the dignity of publication of the thesis) and subsequently she obtained a master's degree in Institutional Communication from the Tor Vergata University of Rome (110/110 cum laude). She has also attended many law courses in the USA (Wake Forest University Law School, NC).She has had various institutional positions in the following organizations: she was a member of the Notary Counsel of Udine (2007 - 2010), vice-president of the Interregional Notary Committee of Triveneto (2007-2010), member of the National Counsel of Notaries (2010-2011), member of the General Council of the International Union of Notaries (UINL) since 2008.She was also a member of the following study commissions of the National Counsel of Notaries:European and International Affairs Commission (2004-2010), Communication Group (2004-2010) Proposal Commission (2004-2010), International Relations Commission (2007-2010), Economic Analysis Commission (2007-2010).She was a member of the following Study Commissions of the Interregional Notarial Committee of the Triveneto: Corporate Commission (since 2004) and Civilian Commission II (since 2013, co-coordinator).And she was a member of the European Law Institute - ELI (international body for the promotion of comparative legal studies, 2019).She was a professor in commercial and bankruptcy law at the law faculty of Udine until 1998 and in Private Law at the degree course in Diplomatic and International Sciences, Faculty of Law of the University of Trieste, Gorizia branch, in the two-year period 2005-2006 and 2006/2007, and finally, a multi-year teaching activity for the Free Legal and Economic Professions Association of Udine in various legal subjects, including mainly in corporate matters.During his career he has lectured at national and international conferences and congresses as well as at the National Congress of the “Cassa Nazionale del Notariato”, to celebrate its centenary (Rome, 2019) and at the annual Congress of the European Notaries' Day (Salzburg, 2015), at the National Congress of Notaries 2005 Pesaro, at the National Congress of Notaries 2006 Riva del Garda, at the National Congress of Notaries 2009 Venice and at the Congress of the International Union of Notaries (UINL) held in Marrakech in 2010.She has been a speaker at numerous other conferences (notary and not, in Italy and abroad) in various subjects: civil, commercial law; trust; comparative international law; international tax law.From 2005 to 2008 she was a collaborator of "Il Sole24Ore" in the column "l’Esperto risponde" (2005-2008).He had several professional experiences including in America from 1988 to 1991, working at a law firm in Washington D.C. and from 1991 until 1995 she was in charge of the Legal Department of FINEST (Financial of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, SIMEST homologation).From 1995 until 1999 he was a lawyer at the Court of Udine from 1995 until 1999.Notary in Manzano (UD) from 1999 to 2012, in Rovereto from 2012 to 2019 and in Trento from 1/7/2019.Member of the Diocesan Council for Economic Affairs at the Curia of Udine from 1999 to 2012 (transfer to Trentino).Media-conciliator since 2009, registered at the Udine Chamber of Commerce (with specialization also in corporate law) and was president of the Notary Association for Executions and Delegated Activities - ANEAD, at the Court of Rovereto for real estate executions (2012-2015).
